Why did I choose AUS?

I would say the main reason is because I didn't want to travel abroad when I can get the same quality education living at home. Before I had just heard of the great facilities and faculty at AUS but after studying here for the past 3 months I am convinced i made the right decision by going to AUS.

My Major?

I am an SBM (School of Business & Management) student and my major is Management & Marketing.

Why did I decide to stay in UAE?

UAE economy is growing at a rate faster than the rest of the middle east and some critics say that it is because of the wealth of oil. But I have a different view on this. My view is that Dubai doesn't have enough oil to support this much growth and if its only because of oil then Saudi Arabia should have the highest growth figures not UAE. Which basically leads to the conclusion that there is real growth over here.

UAE and especially Dubai has other industries which are fueling this growth and I guess just to name a few, I would say the construction and Real Estate industry is at its peak, then they have trading, a lot of trading. My view is supported by the fact that UAE just entered the list of top 10 trading partners of UK and UAE is the fourth biggest market for Nokia in the world. Now looking at the size and population of UAE, this is just amazing!!!

All of these reasons were lead me to decide to continue my education in UAE.

 In a few words I would say that AUS is the best university, I am truly enjoying my education and life at AUS, it s a completely new and an exciting experience.

I would recommend in fact everyone to apply to AUS and work hard to get admitted as this is the ideal university which will truly prepare you for the future.
